I charge £17 an hour. This does not include any preliminary site visits or any buying or research work I do outside of the time I am in your garden. I appreciate this is more than the average so it’s worth taking this into account, but as a qualified and experienced gardener. this is my rate. I also do extensive amount of buying plants and supplies for my clients which I do not charge for, and do not add anything on top for my time, as frankly, I have good suppliers and it’s all mostly online now.
